I never said they didn't have talent. Rachel Maddow is very talented and love him or hate him Jerry Springer ain't no slouch.

I think it made
some sense in the past when people's primary source of information was often a single radio station, but the media age we're in today makes it completely unnecessary. I'd note that nobody is really pushing it and Obama opposes it.
Mostly it's just a right-wing straw man issue to drum up when you need to get the sheep into a huff.
