I can't say I sleep more comfortably after watching CNN before bed at night, but I do sleep comfortably with my own simple rationale for supporting war- - -after looking at the big picture, the people of Iraq will be better off, the people in surrounding countries who lived under the threat of WMD's in the hands of a lunatic will be better off, and hopefully, after Operation Iraqi Freedom is deemed a success, we'll address North Korea and Pakistan and anyone else out there breaking the rules. (However, after all this writing, I wonder if FCALive will find a way to pick it apart? I guess I'll post it anyway, and find out.)
Jimbo, good points....and yes, your motives do have merit....and many Libertarians feel the same way....the difference is, for those that hold those same beliefs, after throwing off the shackles of big government, they would have both the monetary resources and PHYSICAL ABILITY to address those motives on a VOLUNTARY basis, and would be able to do so much more efficiently and productively......you wanna help?.....write a check, or volunteer to go there personally, of your own accord with people of like mind..........and that is good.....

To FORCE others to do the same, as in our current system, is not good....the Constitution charges the governement to protect our borders......outside of them, your on your own.........
