Not sure any help for RI area, but the keeper to release ratio for Quick's Hole area about 1 out of 4 (18.5 inch min). Using double hooks bare or with feathers/teasers and 4-6 oz weight to hold bottom. Deeper water producing more keepers. Circle hooks baited with mac also very good if you can keep out of the dogfish's mouth.
