Very happy nobody got hurt. Money and the divorce courts can fix everything else!
If someone is hurt or killed , that can't be undone.
The big problem is the speed that people drive after all their fear is washed away by the alchohol.
On the other hand I could tell you some real horror stories of the dumb stuff people have done while boating who had not had a single drink. I believe that there should be a license for boats above a certain length or horsepower , not needed for row boats and canoes or Kayaks and not for small motored boats like bass boats or tenders.
