Not to steal your post but I fished on a members boat yesterday that had this one.

All I can say is wow. Would take up my whole dash area in my boat. Had about a 10" screen. Very cool unit. Don't even want to look at mine now.

That being said I have been very happy with my Raymarine DS500X, until I saw that one, but still above your target price. IMO save up for a better one as I started out with a budget one and was not satisfied and bought the one I have now.
