I never built plugs in the SUMMER. always in the winter when the heat is on, so the get to dry in my basement, when the heat is running, but want to seal, an paint some for the plug bash in September to trade, can I SEAL them, an HANG them OUTSIDE to dry. or will it be to hum-mid

to dry properly, can any one help
