. It's worse for me, as I'm a supervisor, and have to deal with the rude obnoxious customers that my employees can't deal with. Rule of thumb is not to talk back to them. I've learned to hold my tongue. I don't let them get the satisfaction of getting a rise out of me. Nothing gets them madder than when I point out that the customer may not always be right (with a straight face and without insulting them
