FT....They lost a world class employee in me! I was the best in the store with customers, knew many by name as repeats, made them feel comfortable and I had them asking for me by name when they came in! Alot of nice folks would come in sprinkled with a few tools! The Specialist was a customer of mine.....took care of him like I took care of anyone else!
Even he lived to tell about it....right Bill!?
