The house hunt is over. Looked around and for what we wanted to spend most spots were too small , old , no basement for fishing gear , no room for my mushroom greenhouse/logs .
So i talked my current land lord down $275 !!! All i have to do is mow the lawn , easy enough. Cant beat $1000 for a 3 bed , 2 blocks from ocean , porch , yard , finished basement , washer/dryer , dishwasher and the fact i dont have to move anything!!! Land lord owns 85 houses , so im sure as long as he can pay the mortgage he doesnt care.
