These babies ("silver bullets") are working well. Yours truly is currently in the lead for shore Albie's (caught on the 1.4 oz), but I don't expect it will hold up long, (its not that big of a fish and there is some heavy fishing pressure on them) But I am fishing exclusively with them and they are producing nicely.
