Question Anbody got any sleep deprevation tips?

It's almost here. That time, is the night time, but I gotta work, so anybody do anything to prep for lackasleep? As each year goes by, the recovery time seems to increase, (quiet CS ), preferably non-caffeine, as the %#*@!$ doc is tryin' to wean me from my favorite substance
