I spoke to this individual while he was fishing and he told me that the owner of the house above had no rights to kick him out of that intertidal area and he had every legal right and was prepared. (what a honey hole it was below this house on the right)

The police arrested this guy with handcuffs, he was one of the owners of a bait shop around the canal he was prepared with the law in hand and it did not matter.

I would think if the police are prepared to arrest they must run into this many times and from what I understand he also lost in court.

After checking around it seems this is one of the exceptions about the land around the canal.

The right of way to this place(Gables) is public, but heavy postings of no parking at the entrance.
