What he is doing is using his judgement to influence what he feels will be best in the future for potential children. I agree with all of you, its crazy. But, I agree with CB, that its his option. he chooses not to marry interracial couples. he should be punished as appropriate by the law. But does this qualify for a discrimination suit?
