He had the right to believe it, as do the neo-nazi's, neo cons, panther party, nation of Islam, Rush followers etc.. (
like that grouping
) have their rights to believe what they want, BUT as a civil servant, he doesn't have the right to deny someone their right to marry. he could have said I don;t approve and half-assed the ceremony, but he shouldn't have denied it. Fire him as a JOP.
