Off the RISAA reflector...

"Today Governor Carcieri, who in the past has been a friend to the
recreational fishing community, has used his veto power to kill the
saltwater fishing license.

It looks like we will all have to pay the feds $25 after next year
instead of $7 to our own state.

Thanks Governor!"
