Dave does have the permit, as well as a %^$#load of safety gear and radio etc., but it is abit dangerous especially now.
I thought this did the resord for unassisted - yak out, catch, yak back - no assist boats- but maybe not. He texted me last night about it, I'll call him and get the scoop.
