not sure I can say my dust is chem free but it is mostly hardwood = maple,cherry,mahogany or poplar
unfortunately also plywood dust so it has glue from the plys and may have some formaldehydes and also some of the ply is prefinished. good luck but I'd only be able to get you small quantities if it has to be hardwood dust only, I know guys that have timesavers and huge dust collection and deal with sanding hardwoods.
