If you put a new, blank CD in the cd "thingy" if a screen pops up and ask to format, say yes. Then do What I instructed above about saving attachments.
If you put in a new, blank CD in the cd "thingy" and nothing pops up, do what I said above anyway. You may only have a CD reader and not a writer, but unlikely???? In that case you can't save to a CD.
