One more reason why you should have to take a test before you can have kids.
It's too bad they can't put something in the water that causes infertility, then you pass the test and get the "antidote" which lasts 1 year, until you have to be retested.
This would solve a lot of problems. No more abortion debate, lower welfare, less crime, no more teen pregos.
