up front in open, under table, or out in parking lot...(lots of trips to cars...)
has been a part of it all along... last one I went to... 2-3 years ago... it was pretty wide open.. cash for all to see, with some...others like a "street deal" with the hand in pocket, ---> handshake/switch up... other guys hand in pocket.
it is, what it is... you either see it... don't see it, don't wanna see/believe it, or make like ya don't see it...
me.. I just give 'em away.....
if there's gonna be rules...they gotta be clear and enforced, and applicaple to all... altho...board sponsors, get the go ahead, only makes sense..... BUT.... that is only my opinion...and not up to me....just my 2 cents...and as Eddie will tell you, that ain't worth chit.
Anyways...Bruce is trying something here (Thanks Slip!)... it's his ballgame...let him run with it!
