Paul, do JohnnyD's suggestion and run that a couple times, when done, download and run Dr Web Cureit
After that is done, download and run Prevx. If it is clean afterward you should be good. The forst two programs are free for home use, the last, Prevx, cost $30 to clean most things but I use it a lot in my business to clean stuff out...
