As spence often likes to say, everything is on a spectrum. A team going from perenially dismal to winning seasons and a play-off performance is a tolerable degree of success--on the mid portion of the spectrum

. Walking off with a ton of money is success on the high end of the spectrum. Being able to pay off an Eminent Domain lawsuit is a fruit of that success.
