And yea everything over quota is crab food folks.. A guy in Stonington Burough a couple years ago landed his legal fluke.. Took all the excess and was gonna DONATE IT TO A HOMELESS SHELTER... CUFFED, STUFFED , AND COURT... over fish that was all ready dead...
