waay back before i got into the off premise side of the hooch biz, I did a stint in the on premise side of it.... them was the days... i think ,,the memories of them days..(abit foggy)
... lots of hours, cash, I mean lots of cash (if it is a party bar, tips are fantastic), and partays (and all that goes with it) after hours...
and not time for stuff like internet forums, i am sure..
