If you are selling bagged ice, you must deem what "use" the custumer is buying it for...

if is to ice down cantianed beverages of food in a cooler, you must charge the custumer sales tax on the bag of ice.
If the custumer is going to use the ice cubes in a glass to chill the beverage, than you do not have to charge sales tax on said ice.

WTF... I gotta ask everybody what they intend to do with the ice?

this state is whacked... I told my boss... this is easy..
cubes... no tax... everybody is gonna use them for mixed drinks.. or at least say so, once they figure this out...

blocks... charge the tax...i guess... altho, you could tell me you are going to chip it and put the chips in your highball...

Honest to God... Beacon Hill trying to reach deeper into our pockets all the freakin time....

I truly despise all elected officials, regardless of office, political affiliation, gender or race, or species!!!!... from the local town hall, to the statehouse to washinton dc itself....time to keelhaul them all!

Just tell all your customers that they are not buying this ice for coolers, rather they cannot live without this wonderful ice in their Hi-Balls. Then you can shove it up Cadillacs ass.

Bent Rods and Screaming Reels!
