where are you using it? cellar?garage?shed?

are you talking about maybe a 3'wide x 2' high spraybooth just for plugs and small stuff? spray cans like auto touch up paints that may combust?
maybe you need 150 cfm minimum
think about it, a bathroom fan is 60 cfm for a 4x6 bathroom and 110 cfm for about 6x8 or 9
so I'd start with 150 and go as high as 250 depending on your makeup air( you don't want to suck air backwards from your chimmneys or furnace flue.).
