maybe you need 150 cfm minimum
think about it, a bathroom fan is 60 cfm for a 4x6 bathroom and 110 cfm for about 6x8 or 9
so I'd start with 150 and go as high as 250 depending on your makeup air( you don't want to suck air backwards from your chimmneys or furnace flue.).

- Basement.
- Air coming in through vent in the room in winter, through window in summer.
- Yes, 2x3 just for plugs, etc.
- Yes, spray cans that may combust.
Thanks for the recommendations for CFM.
