Farvre just Farvred the Viking fans the same way he did the Jets and Packers fans. I don't care how old or "tough" he is. He's the polar opposite of a guy like Manning who can pull out a last second win when things look bad. Farvre is the best at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory when the season is on the line.

Now we can patiently wait while he hold the Vikings and their fans hostage over the summer after retiring and unretiring a few times.
Without Favre, the Vikes don't sniff the NFC Championship game. Do Tavaris Jackson or Sage Rosenfels do anything even remotely resembling what he did? I agree, the last pick was horrible. If All-World RB Adrian Peterson could hold onto the ball, this game is over. HE is the one to pin the loss on, IMO.

I heard that Peterson has already been invited to Times Square on December 31, 2010.

They want him to drop the ball.
