So What's On The Table Sunday?
I always like to hear what folks in N.E. and elsewhere are eating on special occasions, especially when it comes to fish dishes and such I never heard of or would have thought to make. I have a bunch of picky eaters, so we're probably going with a Dijon,Balsamic,Brown Sugar glazed ham, roasted asparagus and pearl onions and a baked corn dish. Maybe some stuffies and steamers for an appetizer. How about you all? What's good to eat this Easter?
