Do a bunch of walks up there over the winter.
The first time, I scaled the fence to get a close-up look at some of the buildings - thought the Men in Black were going to come knocking at my door after that - who knows, maybe they did?
Always thought it would be great for affordable housing, or some big summer camp for dis-advantaged kids, all those houses - which probably would require knock-down - but still, what a place!
