Can Someone Set Me Straight?

Maybe I've just gotten used to adapting to a right-handed world all my life, but I have a 555GS I am more comfortable with in the right-handed model versus a lefty reel like pictured in the thread above. I found it more comfortable casting with my left arm and keeping the control of the rod in my left hand versus passing the rod over to my right hand and reeling with my left. And it just seemed right that the dominant (left) hand/arm would hold the rod in a fight, be more coordinated for working the rod during a retreive, and there's no fumbling changing hands during the cast;after the cast my right hand more instinctively comes down to the handle. Now that being said, I am by no means an expert on conventionals and really starting to doubt my use, though it probably just evolved since I've never had a lefty reel to compare.
Nightfighter, I didn't mean to change the direction of your thread, just wanted to get some clarity on if I'm doing it right or wrong. FYI-I know the Penn has a GS series reel that comes in left-handed.
