Well I can give you near real-time temps after today, 51 up at the power lines on the wewee, 48 on the outgoing this am at the flush of buttermilk bay, 44 there on the flush this afternoon, 43.8 all up the canal as far as the herring run, and not alot of bait marked in the canal either. Few cormorants working here or there but everything we marked was way down deep so i'd bet they was herring there.
3 strikes, one bump, 1000 casts and no runs. But field tested some lures today and had a nice day out with the little bugger so it made it all worthwhile!
