We dont want to destroy our living.. The Magnuson-Stevenson act and the way its interpeted by the grand old NMFS is the cause the boats can make a single tow for target fish make a check but are REQUIRED BY LAW TO THROW BACK WAY MORE DEAD THAN KEEP WHAT WE CATCH.. THERE IS THE REALITY THE NMFS AND NOAA MAKES US DO THIS CRAP. THEY SAY WE ARE DISCARDING TO MUCH SO RESTRICT MORE AND CAUSE MORE DEATH..
