BB, Nice Jrs. I made quite a few BM Jrs. Thery have an 1/23oz slug in the belly with a 7 gram tailweight. Mid slot lip. Dive up to 4'. I used clear pine and they weigh w/o hooks 2.3oz. They sit in the water with the tail down slightly. I do agree with a hi slot you would probably go deeper. I do have some slow sinking Bm's with a hi slot. They dig deep and they weigh 3 + oz.
