Amazing all these guys say they see the law being broken but yet no one drops a dime on the offenders
EZ fix. Cut rec catch from 2 to 1. Do the same for comm's...cut their catch in half.
Enforce the eez every day. Increase the fines/penalties. The monies raised from the fines more than pay for the enforcement
