Would it not be OK for the EPO/CG to go under cover by "chartering" a fishing boat and getting a 1st hand view (and pictures) of what is really going on. They could mingle right in with the fleet?

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.
