I understand that the boat permit covers everyone aboard the vessel to catch the fish but who is allowed to sell the fish? Just the boat owner or can another individual catch fish and sell to a dealer without the presence of the boat owner? Only the person who owns the Commercial license may sell the fish
Also can a rod and reel permit holder fish commercially from a boat?(I assumed no but just wondering)Yes, that is what a lot of the commercial rod and reel guys do
And finally, can you recreational fish from a vessel that is registered commercially? I'm gonna float out a guess on this one but I'm pretty sure its fine.
