I guess I should have read the entire thread first
A lot of guys use very similar anchors for anchoring on wrecks, same principal. I've been thinking about getting one. But if you anchor on deeper water wrecks the weight becomes an advantage to getting the thing down quickly, so it hits the wreck. I'd be interested if you start making them.
