definately block. 2 weeks would feel like 2 years on cutty in the spring - nothing is really open yet, not that there's much there even during the summer. ifthe fishing isn't absolutely insane, you'll probably go crazy out there. block offers much more fishing diversity, as well as beaches, restraunts, coffee shops and bars - and deer ass if you're into that kind of thing
