That place was as big an eyesore as the old freezer plant on the Canal bulkhead in Sandwich.
I think that the only reason why the freezer plant didn't "accidently" burn down was because the wood was so water-soaked that it couldn't burn.
It's a constant source of wonder to me how so many buildings in the Bourne/Wareham area manage to catch on fire and become fully involved so quickly that they can't be controlled, at 2 AM when no one's inside, and there's nothing electrical running. And in the case of this one, during a monsoon rain.
