I'm no lawyer...
That being said, if you don't have a lease I wouldn't give them another dime.
Mold on a jacket isn't a big deal, it happens.
If you've paid extra for a service that was never provided, that's a bad thing...although you have no documentation.
If they have really faked a lease, that's a crime.
Enough said.
