It said get the heck off of me!!! So 2 weeks ago I weighed myself......313 pounds!!!! Heaviest I have ever been!!! So I immediately quit eating the stuff I love....donuts, sweets, baked goods....cut out the bread and adjusted my portions....ALOT! Combine that with all the exercise I have been getting on the canal bike and I lost 3.5 pounds the first week and 2.5 pounds this week....6 pounds total! Not too bad!!!! My goal is to be down 20 when I head to Cutty in June!!!

30 is the ultimate goal! I am gonna rock that wetsuit!!!
