our lot down the cape had so much poison ivy on it that it was literally
entrenched forever and unstop-able....
so what did we do....?
we built a 3 foot high wall of stone all the way around it and then laid down a type of landscape mat that allowed for drainage and then we back filled the whole place with 3 feet deep worth of fill to win the war.
for here....
with the Yard semi under control i now have just the garden area (HUGE) to contend with so
tonight i bought a more
specialized for poison ivy type of Round up that was more expensive at
$ 22.50 per gallon .
But for living next to
saltwater...........
i used to get in the Ocean water over and over and then sit on the beach every twenty five minutes or so until i was completely dry and I did that from sun up until it was dark
allowing the SALT to work it's magic
which at the time was the only way to make it go away
