I've lost around 40lbs this year.My secret is pumpkin seeds.I snack on roasted no shell lightly salted pumpkin seeds.Coffee and a yogurt for breakfast.Pumpkin seeds with 9am coffee and some more around lunch.I cut lunch out of the picture.Always makes me lazy and tired at work anyway.Tons of water.Dinner has consisted of steamed vegetables.Mix in some cardio every other day and the weight will drip off.Get on your Kayak and go for miles and hours.I feel damn good.Minus the pulled shoulder muscle I have right now.Stomach problems are going away.Confidence level is up.It's easy if you just set your mind to it and don't stray.After I eat my dinner I tell my mind it was a large steak and cheese and I'm as full as I can get.Works for me.I look at all of the fat people everywhere I go and realize I don't want to be one of them.There's tons of health problems that go along with being over weight.Good for you Larry and I hope you stick with your short term goals.My scale read 191 this morning.BTW a little tip.If you like nuts try
