Some more details....
I fish braid with a leader of mono or flouro. The knot I use is a triple surgeons, could I use the tag end of the leader to tie on the fly or is that to close to the braid?
"just cut one side of the dropper loop"
I thought if you cut the dropper loop, the knot would untangle?
