No license needed. This year you only need a NOAA registration so if you bought in another state, I understand that you are covered.....next year they are looking to charge or roll sweetwater and saltwater into one license.
I am on the Royal River on the Sarah Helen....gimme a shout on 9 or 20 if you ever get up this way.
