I would say 0800 & you still haven't told us what time your neighbor started.
Not to get off topic but my neighbor across the street starts his snowblower @ 0500
I'll be shoveling and look over like "really"?So I'll wait till at least 0530 then start mine and if anyone ask's,I'll say he started it!
