Sorry you had such a bad day. But at least you got out for awhile!! I have 2 cell phones swiming with the fish to date
Now I tell my wife that the phone is put away and will use only if I am going to be late or emergency. If I want a phone call its not while I am fishing!!
Cheer up!! you be catching reel soon and you will forget that you even have a cell phone, never mind that you lost one.
