New guy here but seen ya add.. I have a perfect running 1992 johnson 4.0hp completely serviced can eat off the block under hood literaly.. Its actually the one in my avatar picture its always been freshwater pushing a 12 jon bass boat up on plane without a problem. Starts first sometimes second pull. However idealy im looking for more than 200. So if you can get the 9.9 running grab it since thats an awsome price! I still use it all the time but im looking to upgrade my jonboat to something i can take in the bay so if the 9.9 dont work out for you and your interested pm me ill give you a good price on boat and motor if interested.
