Sorry Spence but the death penalty is absolutely a detterent to crime.99% of every moron on death row fights it till the bitter end including this fool,20+ yrs of fighting it.If the death penalty was used for every perp that murdered another human being,the USA would be a much safer place...it just isn't used enough.
